The Customer Service Technician (CST) is responsible for all aspects of relating with the customer. The CST’s primary responsibility is delivering, setting up and servicing our merchandise, all while providing great customer service. Duties may extend into counter collections, resolving customer problems, assisting in the verification process, maintaining displays and assisting with general housekeeping requirements to keep the store clean and orderly.
Ensure that merchandise on the sales floor is neatly displayed and cleaned.
Set up and demo merchandise safely and professionally in customer homes.
Assist with product inventory when needed and transfer products to their proper location.
Troubleshoot and perform minor fixes on merchandise before sending it to repair.
Sales and Customer Service:
Assist in greeting customers within 10 seconds of entering the store and thanking and inviting customers back as they exit the store.
Perform daily business. This includes taking rental payments, assisting customers on the sales floor and locating products for customers at other locations.
Assist in answering the phone in a professional and courteous manner.
Complete paperwork and file it in the proper location, or send it to the proper location.
Assist in keeping the store and parking lot clean and orderly at all times.
On a daily basis, drive a company vehicle for deliveries, pickups, service of merchandise and running store errands—all tasks that should be accomplished in a timely manner.
Responsible for routine preventive maintenance on the company vehicle.
Assist in collection process as directed.
Background check, valid in-state driver's license and clean driving record.
